Table Games Assistant Gaming Area Manager

· Performs gaming functions and transactions with casino patrons.
· Takes part in pre-boarding and enhancement training.
· Maintains the integrity of all transactions by strictly observing set policies, procedures, and controls.
· Provides the highest level of customer service to casino guests.

Qualifications:

  • In lieu of full vocational experience, candidates must possess at least a college degree.
  • A graduate diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar gaming role is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in all facets and areas of game knowledge, execution of policies and procedures, and revenue maximization.
  • Experience in the pre-opening and utilization of gaming systems, policies, and procedures in casinos is an advantage.
  • With a good grasp of problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Good working relationship skills, who can build a strong link between management and the dealers and can handle a high volume of business-related issues while maintaining a high level of efficiency and optimization in their assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning: Regularly reports to the Pit Manager any operational, customer, or employee problems in the department.
  • Develop: Executes, under the instruction and guidance of senior management, operational goals, marketing strategies, and productivity to support revenue and maximize profit margins.
  • Manage: all dealers, coaching and mentoring to disciplinary action with assistance from the Pit Manager.
  • Operations: Ensures a high level of guest service, revenue generation, and productivity. And coordinates with pit manager.
  • Partnership: In partnership with senior management for any gaming issues.
  • Authority: To assist in career growth & development, and counseling of employees following the disciplinary due process.
