Casino New Dealers and Experienced Dealers

· Performs gaming functions and transactions with casino patrons.
· Takes part in pre-boarding and enhancement trainings.
· Maintains the integrity of all transactions by strictly observing set policies, procedures, and controls.
· Provides the highest level of customer service to casino guests.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1.5 years of dealing experience is required for this position in an ‘Experienced Dealer’ role or as a ‘New Dealer’ with less working experience (Trainee).
  • A college degree is an advantage but not required.
  • With a pleasing personality suitable for front-line operations.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules over the weekends and during holidays.
  • With a good aptitude for math and hand dexterity.
Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Operations: performs gaming transactions accurately and efficiently while extending the highest level of customer service.
  • Organizing: keeping the assigned table Float and other gaming equipment organized to maintain efficiency in the conduct of work.
  • Control: strictly observes policies and procedures in the course of performing duty.
  • Operations: conducts transactions in accordance with procedures and customer service standards set by the company or department.
  • Partnership: coordinates with other staff in matters relating to transactions and customer needs.
