Membership and Loyalty Representative

The Membership and Loyalty Representative shall be responsible for recruiting new members, servicing D’Heights Rewards Club members, and performing other activities related to the organization’s business, all as prescribed by the Marketing Head.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree in a related field.
  • With at least one year of experience working in the same field.
  • With excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be reliable with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Professional in appearance and attitude.
  • At least 5’8″ in height for males and 5’5″ for females.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for attending to all of our patrons needs regarding membership and other services offered at the D’Heights Reward counter.
  • Answers all queries from the guests through phone or personal interactions.
  • Provides high-quality customer service to assure patrons’ loyalty and positive feedback.
  • Provides quality information about the company’s products and services.
  • Cross-sell products and services available at the property to meet guest needs.
  • Contributes to our company’s goal to be the ultimate gaming resort in the Philippines and ensure repeat visits.
