• Duties include providing menus, answering customer inquiries, taking orders, serving food and drinks, resetting tables for the next service, and keeping the premises clean.
• Performs cashiering tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
With at least 1 year of experience and/or training in a similar field.
a degree or at least a 2-year course.
With a pleasing personality.
At least 5’4” in height for females and 5’6” for males.
With good communication skills and fluency in English. Fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage (Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.).
Service-oriented and willing to work on shifts.
Responsibilities:
Stock Food and Beverage Service Stations
Food attendants resupply napkins, cutlery, dishes, and condiments on food service stations as needed during service.
Prep Drinks
Food attendants assist with drink prep, making, and serving items such as regular and specialty drinks.
Answer Phones
Food attendants answer phones and take orders from internal and external guests.
Clean Work Area
Food attendants clean all dining, food service, and non-gaming casino areas before, during, and after service.
Follow Food Safety Guidelines
Food attendants must strictly follow all food safety standards and casino hotel sanitation regulations at all times; this includes washing hands, cleaning dining areas, and all food and beverage areas of responsibility.
Speak to Customers
Food attendants answer customer questions and make menu suggestions to sell more items.
Collect Money
Food attendants sometimes collect money on customer bills to assist cashiers.
