Cage and Count Cashier

• Performs financial transactions with casino patrons and other casino staff. • Prepares and generates all needed cashier reports.

Qualifications:

  • Cage Cashier experience is required; cash handling experience is an advantage.
  • College Diploma is an advantage but not required.
  • With a pleasing personality suitable for front-line operations.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules over the weekends and during holidays.
  • Willing to undergo cage and count training.
Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Operations – performs financial transactions accurately and efficiently while extending highest level of customer service.
  • Organizing – keeping the assigned counter or cage location organized and clean to maintain efficiency in the conduct of work.
  • Control – strictly observes policies and procedures in the course of performing duty.
  • Interdepartmental – coordinates with other staffs/superiors in matters relating to transactions and customer needs.
  • Operations – conducts transactions in accordance to procedures and customer service standards set by the company/department.
  • Soft Count – counts table and slots drops/revenue in accordance to established procedures and control.
