Business Development Executive

• Coordinates with the management to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. • Closely monitors the performance of the Business Development Hosts in delivering excellent service to patrons.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree in a related field.
  • With at least three years of experience working in the same field.
  • With excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Professional in appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for player acquisitions, retentions, and reactivations to reach team goals.
  • Develops new and potential players for the mass market, and builds and maintains strong relationships with existing players.
  • Achievement of sales targets and meeting quotas assigned by the Business Development Management.
  • Provides excellent VIP guest services and gaming experiences to patrons.
  • Provides firsthand information to VIPs about the newest casino promotions and events.
  • Active 24-hour phone line and personal assistance to targeted VIPs, inside and outside duty hours.
  • Greets and serves VIPs to ensure total customer satisfaction through exceptional services.
