The ideal candidate could be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems, either over the phone, in a in a desktop remote session, or in person.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or college degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
With at least 3 years of working experience in the field of information technology.
Proven working experience in the hospitality and gaming industry or similar operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in LAN, WAN, TCP/IP Networking, and wireless environments.
With in-depth technical knowledge in hardware troubleshooting such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Email, Antivirus, VMware, and Microsoft operating systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the computer systems and networks of an organization.
Performed daily monitoring, support and maintenance of the business application server, data communication infrastructure, business data-centric resources (including computer hardware equipment, software, and data protection) to ensure the delivery of all systems.
Is responsible for the 1st level support to business application to ensure minimal disruption, business continuity of operation, service expectations and service level requirements are uninterrupted.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary.
Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with IT corporate standards.
