VIP Services Host

Responsible for performing excellent customer service at all times by creating a personalized entertainment experience for all players and ensuring the quality of service provided to the customer is in accordance with the D’Heights Casino's established marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Must posses at least a bachelor’s or college degree in related field.
  • With at least one year of experience working in the same field.
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and be reliable with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Professional in appearance and attitude.
  • At least 5’8″ in height for males and 5’5″ for females.
Responsibilities:
  • Meets and Greets VIP guests upon arrival.
  • Facilitates table, room, transportation, and restaurant reservations for the VIP players.
  • Assists in cage transactions such as program settlement, buy-ins, and cash outs.
  • Offers and promotes casino programs and services.
